Nobody can look it up or set a new one for you — not even an administrator. That is deliberate: it means you are the only person who has ever known it. Ask an administrator to use
Require password change
on your account; you will still sign in with your current password and the CMS will take you straight to a page where you choose a new one.
Told to wait, or locked out?
Repeated wrong passwords pause sign-ins from your connection for a few minutes, and then lock the account itself. Both clear on their own. An administrator can clear a lock immediately from the Users screen.
